4. Why we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and follow up on quotes or requests.
- To arrange and carry out workshop services.
- To sell products and pre-owned motorcycles and keep records of those sales.
- To keep the business records we are required to keep by law, and to meet other legal obligations.

We only use your information for these purposes, or for a closely related purpose. We will not send you marketing messages unless you have asked for them or the law allows it, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

You can contact us by WhatsApp, telephone, email or in person. Messages and call details we receive stay on the business phone and in the business email account, and we use them to reply to you and to keep a record of your enquiry. WhatsApp is provided by Meta and our email is provided by Google (Gmail); each handles messages under its own privacy terms. Please do not send us more personal information than your enquiry needs.
6. Our website, server information and cookies
- This website does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.
- Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to run and secure the website.

- professional advisers such as accountants or legal advisers, where needed;
- the police or other authorities, where the law requires it.
Some of these providers (for example Google and Meta) may store or process information outside South Africa under their own privacy terms.
8. How we protect your information
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information against loss, damage and unauthorised access, including limiting access to the people who need it. No system is completely secure, but if your personal information is compromised we will act as POPIA requires, including notifying the Information Regulator and affected people where required.
9. How long we keep your information
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or for as long as the law requires or allows us to keep it (for example business, tax and second-hand goods record-keeping). We do not apply one fixed period to all information. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it where reasonably possible.

- ask us to correct or delete personal information that is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete or unlawfully obtained;
- object, on reasonable grounds, to our use of your personal information;
